Adding an account

I just recently learned how to rip Xbox 360 discs from a standard unmodded console using a USB Stick. I noticed I have a disc or two not on the catalog and would like to learn how to properly add them here. I would also like to try to find other titles that I can upload.

I don't think this is an accepted method of dumping here, can the results be verified to match proper dumping methods that give perfect results?
