Manually extract Security Sector range from ss.bin?

Anyone know how to do this? I'm trying to add a few dumps which dont' have a !submissionInfo.txt file and not sure how to get the security sector info  for the redump entry.
All my posts and submission data are released into Public Domain / CC0.
