[DONE] Icelandic language & Iceland region needs to be added to Redump

I've just stumbled upon an IBM PC compatible game (Chefren's Pyramid) that has Icelandic language in it.

Is it possible to add Icelandic as a language and also Iceland as a region for Redump?

Also Estonian should be added, as DeeDyne dumped some disc with that language!

Australia / New Zealand would be a neat dual region. Especially for instances like this: https://redump.info/disc/69035/
