Updated DVD-Video Interactive DVD Miss List

I have compiled an updated list of missing Interactive DVD titles. This does not yet include ones from the UK since that region has a lot of interactive DVDs based on various British shows/tv. The titles that were previously on the miss list but are no longer there are because I have them dumped/ready to be dumped.
