Adding missing Discs to the Wiki

Hi everyone,

I would like to support redump.
I recognized that several isos are missing.
For example Super Air Zonk for the TurboGrafx CD or Silver (Germany) for the Dreamcast.
Therefore I want to add this entries into the wiki.
