Request of reenabling of account/new account

Dear redump admins,
I got an account here a few years back, but never got the time to get started with my dumping.
Now I have some more free time and have spoken to some member from here.
I have a few swedish currently missing/undumped PS1 and PS2 game to contribute for starters.
So I would kindly like to request the reenabling of my old account (username: qnorsten) or a new account with the username qnorsten in case that one is purged.
