Mostly because a clean subchannel dump is required.

Can you elaborate a bit on what all is required to confirm a cue sheet? Does the subchannel dump need to be posted? How is the subchannel related to the cue sheet?

I would say a clean subchannel dump is required >> /viewtopic.php?t=10255
Cuesheet is a media descriptor file and contains a "part" of disc information which is to be found in subchannel dump too.
