By the way: The reported TOC came from ImgBurn, i.e. the TOC as the drive reports it. The TOC found on CDs usually contain the positions of the first INDEX 01(!) sector of each Track. What the beta tool you are using reports are the LBAs of the first INDEX 00(!) sector of each Track, which perfectly makes sense: For example on Track 5 the TOC says it begins at LBA 121439, EAC says it has a pregap of 01.74 (on all my three drives) and the beta tool reports LBA 121290, which is 149 sectors (=01.74) before the LBA contained in the CD's TOC.
EDIT: I have taken the liberty to override some options in EAC on the Extraction Method tab after Detect Read Features in a way that reactivates EAC's built-in methods of error detection, i.e. my drive said it was capable of reporting C2 errors and having no cache, both may lead to problems if the drive isn't really capable of and only told so.
