Are the MIA sites up to date?

Take the recent .dat file for CDI or PC-98.

I thought I have the latest collection, but it is showing I have missing discs.

But all these missing discs are MIA on the MIA list.

Are the wikis behind or are non dumped games part of the .dat file?
