Simple question - how I can I extract PVD info from IBM PC discs ? Disc Image Creator will do this for me ?
At the moment I don't have access to my plextor (moved into PC at my work) so I can't test DIC.
PVD ripping
Re: PVD ripping
Sector 16, offset 320-370 in isobuster.
Newest DIC puts PVD to one of the log files.

Re: PVD ripping
Well, and I still don't know where this PVD data is in this DIC mess
Exact location, please ?
EDIT. Ok but what exactly I should put there to validate data?
Example for interstate '76 install disc:

Re: PVD ripping
If you can attach all DIC files to your posts (exclude all large files: *.bin, *.img, *.scm and *_sub.txt)
If you use the best compression rate your archives will be like 2 MB at max.

Re: PVD ripping
You can get the Error Count by using CDmage, open the cue file, then highlight Track 1 located under Session 1, and hit 'Scan for Corruption'.
