Are the discs dump-able, I can possibly get some, but don't want to bother if they can't be dumped.

If you can get your hands on SNES-CD prototypes by all means do so!

If you meant FDS, then yes it's possible but requires some special hardware. The disks are not compatible with standard FDDs AFAIK.

I'd rather point at No-Intro and MAME in terms of FDS dumping. Though, you need to buy & dump the sealed discs only due to the system's nature.
