Undumped Discs & Disc Lists... outdated?

Hello

Now that the site has been moved, would it be possible to update the 'Undumped Discs & Disc Lists' in the wiki section?
It seems quite outdated: I just added 8 disc dumps which were all marked as 'missing', but I noticed that 4 of them (all japanese PS4 games) were in fact already dumped, when I checked the pending validation queue...

Well, I know my dumps will serve as verification for these, but still...
I'm sure some people will actually try to buy those rare 'missing' marked discs just to help redump's database completion... so, could the devs, at least, remove the missing discs from the lists once one dump of each one has been added...? Please?

The Wiki needs a lot of work, I've volunteered to do some of the PC lists when I can, we decided to go by publisher to make it easier to track.

As for other stuff, feel free to ask for edit access and help, everyone would surely appreciate it.

PS4 / XbOne era and beyond never really got full disc list builds due to lack of interest, same reason they're not being really maintained I suppose.

The most progress on miss list builds in the past has been one or two people really put in elbow grease to accomplish that.

PC will eternally be a PITA so much appreciated to anyone who lends a hand there.

As always, double check the database before buying anything as these lists are almost always out of date.
