Redump doesn't store or host ROMs, sorry

But its not ROMs, its a windows driver for 3dfx voodoo 1 card. I can see there's an cuesheet for what I'm looking for in this website but couldn't see cd images download

Redump does not accept or store the actual disc dumps - whether it is a game, driver disc, or anything.  We store only the metadata information.
