Dumpers editing their own dumps

I think that every dumper must be able to edit his own dumps, up to some extent off course AND with mod approval. I can add but not edit?

At least the comments, if it's not something that alters a dump only adds information, no need to post in the fixes forum, its safe to do so. Example i needed to add the information on Unreal Tournament 2003 that it has SecuRom.

comments, barcodes, ringcodes should be safe to edit.

it would be helpful. yes. or a new userclass  ..like of dumpers which dumped at least 25 games . those would be experienced enough to edit their dumps if its needed
