@Deterous is there any other option other than nanook? and also is other option also regarding PS3-ISO-Rebuilder so I can test and give a shot

I shared my IRD for Tekken Hybrid (USA) for you to compare.
Make sure you have files that match exactly with the hashes listed in the IRD.
If PS3-ISO-Rebuilder does not work with it, then it is a bug with PS3-ISO-Rebuilder.
I don't know of any other program that rebuilds ISOs from IRDs, just this and NKit2
