PIC in new disc submission is broken.
If you have a PS5 BD-66 disc (dual layer) to submit, please use the new disc and add the PIC in comments.
If the disc is a BD-100 (triple layer), keep using the forum instead.
Hopefully this issue will be solved soon.

For multi disc releases please put them all together into the same thread. This time i've merged them myself.

There's no different disc, it's always the same, but the cover spine of the UK version uses the title "Disc 19 Vol. 2" instead of "CD 19 Vol. 2", so that's what you're proposing to rename in this case if i understood correctly?
