+1 for complete data dumps (JSON/SQL/whatever) once every month, it would be great help to validate/sync mirrors

SQL backup from my personal mirror - incl. ALL disc data for 126K dumps - is currently 40MB (xz9-compressed).
Torrent - bad idea. Something that can be `wget` to automate sync would be ...

4gb is exactly limit of addressing with 32-bit...
but I assume you are using 64-bit version cmpro64.exe ?

if so, the only solution would be replace lzma compressor within clrmame with newer one that supports large files

I have alot of >4gb iso scanned by clrmamepro and never had any issues
got version 3.118 but dont think thats the case

maybe you are on FAT file system ?

winrar and lzma (packps2 uses lzma as we know) on default settings are using almost this same amount of system resources, so... why use old compressors if newer can do it better with this same speed/resources ? I wont ...

<r>well... I feel pretty good about using lzma as compressor for roms... not really wanna go back in time for rar, especially that its not noticably faster, and in case of Metroid Prime (U) i got 960mb archive with my settings (vs 1,14g rar)<br/>
