Ring, barcode etc checkboxes

I've provide some new dumps
/viewtopic.php?t=8726. And make scans of disc rings and barcodes.
But after moderator added this to the database there is no "checked boxes" near rincode and barcode on a dumps pages.
I did something wrong? Why rincode and barcode checkbox isn't checked?

Send a PM to iR0b0t requesting that, these fields cannot be marked as verified by the moderators.

I'm not sure who adds dump to the base. Or more precisely confirm adds to the base. I mean:
I'm creating post in the forum, then adding new disc on the site. Then someone (moderator I think) checks this new disc, and if all is ok, confirm disc and dump appears on the site.
This makes moderator? Am I right? Or this makes iR0b0t?
