Redump Forum

Hello,
My name is Francis. I'm managing a video game collection at the Université de Montréal. Our laboratory (https://www.ludov.ca) have a collection of games on different media, such as CD, DVD, Blu-ray, etc. and we are in the process of evaluating preservation practices. I find the approach of Redump fascinating as it helps to confirm our imaging process is solid. We've bought an Asus BW-16D1HT and tested a few approach : using the MPF software as well as the BitCurator suite, VSO Inspector and AutoPsy. If we could incorporate Redump in our workflow when imaging discs, it would be awesome. And we would help shed light on productions translated or totally developped and published in french.
