How to post multidisc game that contains a mix of verif and new disks

I have a version of Age of Empires III FR composed of 3 CDs
The 2 first CDs already exists in redump:
However, the CD3 has not the same hashes as https://redump.info/disc/114027/ even if Disc Serial is the same
I dump it with both redump and DIC. And I get the same hashes with both software.
How I must submit this game? Rules are unclear in this situation.
