I want an account as I found some prototypes of games that are not uploaded and I wish to contribute them.

Just to clarify - are these your own discs that you'll be dumping (or have dumped) and want to submit the metadata / disc information to redump?

I do not own the disks. I found the rom files online.

Ah, that is not something we deal with at redump. Redump is for people to submit the metadata on discs they've dumped. Additionally, we don't store or share rom files.
