I've been reading up on the correct process for ripping & submitting audio CDs. According to the wiki it suggests you compare your results to the database, but I'm not able to find any audio CDs listed there. Is it a site permission issue or am I just looking in the wrong place?

The wiki also mentions a dat for audio CDs. Can that be used to compare dumps and if so, where can it be downloaded?

Audio-CD (as well as DVD-Video, BD-Video, and newer systems like PS4 and PS5) are hidden from the public.  Submit a disc or two to get the Dumper status, and you'll get access to those sections.
