When re-verifying an already dumped game in the database, do I just need to redump the game from the original CD then scan it with clrmamepro to see if it matches?

Also what information do I need to post once I redump a game?

Yep, just dump it as you would if it was undumped, except at the end compare your hashes to the database.

If you get a match, then you can just say you matched with a link to the database entry. It would also be helpful to include information that's missing from the database, like missing or alternate barcodes/ringcodes, or if your disc's offset differed from the one in the database.
