Are the MIA sites up to date?

Take the recent .dat file for CDI or PC-98.

I thought I have the latest collection, but it is showing I have missing discs.

But all these missing discs are MIA on the MIA list.

Same as the PC-98; my collection shows that I am missing 4 discs, but the 4 discs are these

Are the wikis behind or are non dumped games part of the .dat file?

Also, for my own knowledge - how does one read this log?
