Some issues with the wiki (งツ)ว

1ST PROBLEM
In the guide for dumping a game Wii/GC (https://wiki.redump.info/index.php?title= … ping_Guide), a link no longer exists and shows a 404 error.
But thanks to "Wayback Machine" I was able to recover the link of the pdf dating from 2006, here it is http://web.archive.org/web/200611081704 … -guide.pdf
2ND PROBLEM
In the guide for dumping a game Wii U, We are explained how to submit our request for verification or a dump, so for the moment everything is fine!
But the name of the ".txt" file in the form does not correspond to what is obtained...
If I find another problem, I will put it here, in any case I hope these errors will be corrected! (and take your time, I'm not here to rush everyone ٩(◕‿◕｡) ).
