I'm interested in participating in the Redump community, because I want to download PSOne games and I found out that this is the best collection on the internet.

I think that you haven't understood that there's no download of ANY rom file here. Redump is a disc preservation project that consist in a database of hashes for the dumped discs. If you're only interested in downloads you might have to look in other places, surely not here, we're not hosting any data and we don't have anything to download.
