BIN file with 2 tracks - how to read it?

I have a couple of multi-sector BIN files where I only have 2 tracks. I can't read them with any software. How can I read such files? These are CD images from gaming magazines

I raise. I tried to read these files with Daemon Tools Lite, UltraISO, gBurner Virtual Drive and nothing. I tried to combine these bins with CDMage and nothing
