Thanks, now it works.

But I don't unterstand why I can't request a new passwort by myself...maybe I should change to another email address, but normally the address is ok Image

Why does the request/password/ not work for me? I never receive an email if I made a request? Is this a generel issue or just with my email?

Its most likely your email provider. Some of them have too sensitive filters and block incoming emails.
