Is there a reason why naming of AudioCDs often differs from the naming convention of VGMdb?

For example:

https://redump.info/disc/59216/

is (catalog number identical to mastering code and I successfully rebuilt the tracks from flac files)

https://vgmdb.net/album/42848
Ryu ga Gotoku Series Best Soundtrack

...and there are more of them.

But look at the cover there, it says "Ryuu Best" (龍ベスト).
