Are these files useful/important? As I understand they're not useful in emulation, but maybe for console usability.

We're ramping up X360 preservation it seems, so now is a better time to ask than ever. They could be downloadable similar to cues.

PFI can be used for restoring the video partitions from bad scene dumps with abgx360, so it would be nice to store them anywhere.
