starcon prototype PS1 dump?

If someone get the prototype, dump and post infos here, it'll be preserved.

Bleh.. he posted the same thread on no-intro.. Prototypes aren't released on original media so they're about as useful for our project as pirates

Personally, I think redump is all about dumping Original Licensed media that is sold legally. Redump is concerned more about accuracy than having every known game listed such as GoodTools has (such as overdumps, hacks, bad dumps...). You won't find prototypes here. That's what makes this website different and that's what will keep it accurate.

I think prototypes should be preserved (No-Intro does preserve them).

There should be someone willing to dump a proto for the project. Or there's nothing to talk about.

I completely agree with you. The eternal problem with the protos is that often you don't know the souce of the info/dump (dumping method, the hacking it may have suffered, etc) as they are very scarce as original media.
