Mass PSX NoEDChecker for last sector's mastering error

Hi, saw the issue /viewtopic.php?t=14556 … -database/
and made an util
it doesn't fix the last sector, only shows and logs info about it
so you can find suspicious images
usage:
NoEDChecker.exe "Image1.bin" "Image2.bin" ...
it produces noedc.log with recommendations
