dizzzy invited me to contribute whatever information I can on PS3 stuff. Mostly PAL/German games. I can't dump anything yet but I think I can provide a great deal of information.

FYI I just chatted with Beliskner on the Discord, he's looking into getting another PS3 console to dump with, but could also be a huge help building our miss list for PS3 PAL if he had dumper status :3
