But the problem that I don't get any e-mail if I request a new password still exist. I'm not sure why it's not working with my e-mail address

Please verify that your complete email address is correct.
I checked my email address and it's ok. When I copy the address directly from my profil and send an email then it works.
At moment I don't need to change the password...so it's ok for the moment
