ftp://ftp.t10.org/t10/document.95/95-104r0.pdf
http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pio/p … ManV31.pdf
So, I coded a new option to test.
Code: Select all
Option Info
/d8 Use 0xd8 as ReadCD command forcibly (for data disc)
I don't have these protect disc. plz wait.

Jackal wrote:But the CD.idx file is oversized so I don't know if that will work.
The first allocated sector of this file should be known and if there is for any reason a faked file end sector it can be calculated = next allocated file/folder start sector - 1. It should work.

The range which is protected has no allocated file, just to let you know, sarami.

for these drives
/viewtopic.php?p=23759#p23759
e.g.
I bought the SONY CDU948S and I found this drive supporting 0xd8.
BTW, in case of PLEXTOR, /d8 option don't need. (Because it is by default on)

Attached exe. But I don't test it.

sarami, it worked now :thumbs up:
There is another SafeDisc game which doesn't work as expected, i guess it will be the same for all SafeDisc 3.15.XXX
Log files attached:
As you can see there are extra 68 sectors which are getting replaced, they are out of safedisc ranges and should probably not be replaced.
I used to dump this game with previous test version, not the latest one you just uploaded yesterday.

Attached 2 exe. But I don't have a SafeDisc 3.15.XXX. So I don't know whether it works as expected.

QQ: is the SH-D162C supported for GDRom dumping?
This drive works with CDRWin, and DCdumper v0.42a using the trap disc method.
Does DiscImageCreator, use the trap disc method, as that's what I tried but it didn't dump anything?
I'm sure I had to use DIC once before for DC Virtua Fighter, but its a bit fuzzy

long time ago.

When ripping a data DVD I get this in the command line windows: (PX-708A)

[F:ReadDVD][L:53] OperationCode: 0xa8
ScsiStatus: 02, CHECK_CONDITION
SenseData Key-Asc-Ascq: 05-24-00, ILLEGAL_REQUEST - INVALID FIELD IN CDB
This drive doesn't support streaming
It does work though, but can you please explain what it means? parameters used: dvd y: filename 10
P.S. Anyway to use max speed unless a parameter is given?
