Here are all the filenames with - followed by a letter: https://pastebin.com/raw/bq3xtpDN . The vast majority has a capital letter after the -. The only exception seems to be Japanese titles.

As I said before - I don't really have an issue with the change itself so if this enables more consistency - sounds good!
