The database has several disc numbers in Roman numerals and alphabets.

Additionally some discs have "Side A" and "Side B".

The ones with Roman numerals were done by mods that tend to do things their own way or do just their own dumps.
This is a standardization thing.
Disc A/B/C are fine. Roman numerals get turned into the corresponding number.
