Xbox 360 Press Demo / Beta?

I recently purchased this DVD-R with a batch of Press Asset discs: https://imgur.com/a/fh1W9ht

However my computer wouldn't read it on a file level, except for via ISO Buster.

It seemed to dump fine with ISO Buster: https://imgur.com/a/CbN75lI

It dumped fine with the DIC dvd command, but not xbox command. Both DIC and ISO Buster dumps matched. I guess it's DVD-Rom formatted?

Anyone know what's going on with this disc?

Edit: I talked to someone knowledgeable and he told me it's just a standard dev disc making this a beta.

Those are most likelly normal dvd discs, without security sectors. Just like this one https://redump.info/disc/17770/
