For those who are interested in these systems, EXE date time info can be taken from following files:
- FM towns (sector 16 header, if not present file "RUN386.EXE" in root folder)
- HyperScan (file called "hyper.exe", disc root)
- Playdia (files with file extension "*.GLB" or "*.AJS", disc root)
The rest is hard to define and has to be approved:
- CD-i (file called "path_tbl", disc root)
- Pippin (file called "system", disc root or in a folder like "system%")
- VCD (file called "ENTRIES.VCD", inside the "VCD"-folder)

Re: Some news concerning EXE dates for older systems
What about the CDTV? I've seen some really strange EXE dates for that system... Is it even worth to preserve the EXE date in this case? Surely neither the disc nor the program was created in 1978

Re: Some news concerning EXE dates for older systems
For CD32/CDTV discs check the s/startup-sequence file (something like autoexec.bat) to find the main executable. For Amiga CD discs look for it visually.
