Controller/accessory bundles are an entirely different matter; New Play Control was merely Nintendo's branding for a series of enhanced GameCube to Wii conversions, emphasizing the addition of motion controls to the games.

I want to point out that refurbished copies of New Play Control games in the US say Wii Play Control, as well as potentially some more obscure variants where they updated the cover
