I don't remember H353A now, but H353B has MediaTek MT1309.

If you don't want to risk via flashing wrong firmware, then you can check by opening bottom shell. (Just unscrew 4 screws and pull up.)

You will see chipset from Mediatek. If model number of chipset is MT1339 or MT1339e then it's H353c.

I know this completely going around problem, but you can try creating virtual machine with qemu and KVM, and then passthrough device into windows VM. (iommu/vt-d/amd-vi)

Not all pcie devices handle this well though.
