They look like typical scratches on a disc, meaning the disc has been heavily used. In any case, these scratches weren't caused by the disc pressing process, meaning they're not from copy protection.

Maybe it's detecting some remnants of Copy-X? Where on the disc do you see these physical separators?

Does your dump have any EDC/ECC or C2 errors at all? Because if it's error-free, it shouldn't have any protection.

You can also use dvdisaster, which graphically displays read errors (i.e., where on the disc the sectors with read errors are located). Redumper, on the other hand, reports C2 errors when reading problems occur and has a function for refining sectors with C2 errors.

If anyone is still working on MDS, a decryptor for MDSv2 and MDX files has appeared online. I don't know if it has any use for DPM, but it's worth checking out.
