Do you have a scanner? Sometimes I find scanning the disc and then zooming in helps with readability

Be aware there's a 2MB(?) limit on file uploads, if it exceeds that it won't upload.
In those cases you'll either need to create split zips or upload to an external host (mega.nz, google drive, archive.org etc)

NUON should be in edition as there are NUON and non-NUON releases of these movies.
I'd suggest Widescreen (NUON-Enhanced) or similar.
