The picture you are showing just says "Game in English. Manual in Greek".
I am not sure how exactly you extrapolate from that picture that the disc should match USA or Italian?

I ran DVDAuth on its' own.<br/>
With command dvdauth F css out1.txt > I get a blank out1.txt ...
